externally used hand sanitizers for disinfection under Article 2 Subparagraph 7 of Pharmaceutical Affairs Law and Designated Scope of Quasi-Drugs

- Producers of filtering respirators and hand sanitizers
- Distributors who sold more than 10,000 filtering respirators and 500 bottles of hand sanitizers in a day at the same store

[Subject to report]
- Producers
Daily production, export volume, domestic outbound volume, total stock
- Distributors (wholesale, retail, etc.)
Sales price, sales volume, retailer
*Applied to the products produced and sold after the enforcement of the notification

- Reporting period
Until 12 pm of the next day

Access to National Medicine Safety (https://nedrug.mfds.go.kr) -> Register reporter's information -> Report production and sales performance

"Offenders of Emergency Adjustment Measures for Supply and Demand are subject to a prison sentence of up to two years or a maximum fine of 50 million won (Article 25 of the Price Stabilization Act)"
