The SPINEL 12HD is Korea’s first mobile surgical C-arm equipped with Dynamic Flat Panel.
GEMSS proprietary technologies, creativity, and chic-design have been combined together and developed into the next generation’s high-tier product, SPINEL 12HD.
The Dynamic Flat Panel Detector provides high-quality images in an abundant and multi-level gradient while significantly lowering the total radiation dosage to both patients and operate the system without moving. The maximum orbital movement range of SPINEL 12HD is 165 degrees, 30 degrees more than competitors’ C-arm system and its ergonomic design is tremendously useful to fit into small exam rooms and to be transported within a facility.

‘SPINEL 3G’, the new product that concentrates GEMSS’s all experiences and knowhow, is equipment that focuses on user convenience and safety. ‘SPINEL 3G’ uses its original 1k*1K digital CCD camera to provide a clear resolution and a broad exposure range (10mA) to provide high–quality pictures. Also, Smart Foot Switch, Single Power Input, Back up Fluoro, and 3rd monitor are high-performance digital x-ray equipment for surgeries that high further enhances user convenience and safety compared to the previous C-arm, and applies DSA, Virtual Collimator, and 1/2 dose mode to reduce unnecessary exposure dose for patients and users.

‘TITAN 11’ is a one-detector type standing equipment and a compact DR system that requires minimal space for installation. APOLLON_ dual is composed of ceiling-type tube and 4-way/6-way table to provide various exposure angles. Through this system, it is possible to minimize the range of patients’ movements. Also, as it shortens the examination time, it is possible to maximize workflow efficiency of both users and patients. And it provides about 600 user-oriented APR functions including remote control, auto positioning and synchronization for convenient shooting environments.
